This home was designed with resort-style living in mind. From the spacious kitchen to the back patio with scenic views of the bay, each space was carefully crafted to maximize both fashion and comfort. A major source of comfort in the home comes from the Control4 smart home system, which was designed to automate lighting, security, biometric access control, networking, and even a discrete home theatre. The homeowners also wanted a resort-like area in the lower level of the house, and so the smart home professionals at Life Style Store created a custom automation experience that revolves around a striking wet bar, completely concealable home theater system, large gathering space, an opulent sauna, and the fully equipped gymnasium. Home automation allows these homeowners to control every area of their home and set custom entertainment scenes, giving them the luxurious home experience they wanted.
Grand entry with Control4 custom network, 10” touch screen for access to the overall smart home system, HVAC control throughout the home, Intercom Anywhere, custom smart lighting design, connected audio, biometric fingerprint reader, automated alarm system, and remote 4Sight app access to the property with complete access control.
Bar entertainment area with Control4 custom lighting and audio control, "invisible" in-ceiling speakers, zone amplifier and music streamer, home controller, Pakedge wireless router, and multiple control options—such as universal remote, voice control, in-wall keypads, 10” touch screen, and app access.
Main living area and kitchen with a connected Samsung 65" LED TV and motorized TV lift, "invisible" in-ceiling speakers and subwoofer, home controller, zone amplifier and music streamer, 10” touch screen for access to the overall smart home system, and custom lighting design with in-wall keypad control.
